What's included in Founder Complete?
Founder Complete includes company formation, Registered Office Address, Director Service Address, official mail handling, VAT registration (if required), your first Confirmation Statement, Accounting Partner introduction and priority support.
Are there any additional fees?
Your Founder Complete package is £249 + VAT. The following statutory Companies House fees are added separately at checkout: £100 – Limited Company Incorporation Fee £50 – Confirmation Statement Filing Fee These are government filing fees paid to Companies House and are not retained by Base Collective. We always show these separately so you know exactly what you're paying for before you complete your order.
Do I need to register for VAT?
Only if your business meets the VAT registration requirements or you choose to register voluntarily. If VAT registration is appropriate, we'll take care of the application.
Is my first Confirmation Statement included?
Yes. We'll prepare and submit your first Confirmation Statement as part of your package.
Can I use your address instead of my home address?
Yes. Your Registered Office Address and Director Service Address are both included for 12 months.
What happens after I order?
We'll review your information, submit your incorporation, activate your address services and send your company documents once everything has been completed.
Can I still choose my own accountant?
Absolutely. The accounting partner introduction is optional. You're free to use your own accountant if you already have one.
