No. The £179 package price is plus VAT and the mandatory £100 Companies House incorporation fee, which is added at checkout.

Yes. Your package includes both a Registered Office Address and a Director Service Address for 12 months, helping to keep your residential address off the public Companies House register where applicable.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is received, we'll guide you through the information we need to complete your company formation. We'll prepare your incorporation, submit it to Companies House and email your incorporation documents once your company has been successfully registered.
Can I add additional services later?
Absolutely. You can add services such as VAT Registration, Confirmation Statement Filing, Companies House Updates and other business support services whenever you need them.
Do I need an accountant before I start?
No. You can form your company first and appoint an accountant later. If you don't already have one, we're happy to introduce you to one of our trusted accounting partners.
