Is there a cost to join the Partner Programme?
No. Joining the Base Collective Founding Partner Programme is completely free. There are no joining fees, subscription charges or ongoing costs.
Which services qualify for referral rewards?
Referral rewards are available on qualifying Founder Packages and annual address services, including: • Founder Launch Package • Founder Complete Package • Registered Office Address (Annual Plan) • Director Service Address (Annual Plan) Referral rewards are not payable on monthly subscriptions, renewals or individual add-on services.
How do people I refer receive their discount?
Once approved, you'll receive your own dedicated referral code. Your customers simply enter this code during checkout to receive 10% off their first year of eligible Base Collective services.
When are referral rewards paid?
Referral rewards are paid monthly by bank transfer. Payments are typically processed by the 15th of the following month once qualifying referrals have been verified.
How will I know if my referral is successful?
Every referral made using your unique referral code is tracked automatically. Once a qualifying purchase has been completed and payment has been received, you'll become eligible for your referral reward.
Can I leave the Partner Programme at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You may leave the programme at any time by contacting the Base Collective team. Any outstanding qualifying referral rewards will be paid in accordance with the Partner Terms & Conditions.
Can I still join if I already offer company formations?
Absolutely. Many partners use Base Collective specifically for registered office addresses, director service addresses and mail handling, allowing them to continue providing their own accounting, tax and advisory services.
How long does my application take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Once approved, you'll receive your referral code and everything you need to get started.
